1. Product Introduction
This equipment is based on the chassis systems of a small loader (the complete chassis system of the original vehicle that is ret*ned by the disassembled body of the original vehicle), fully demonstrating the composition and structure of the chassis systems.
It includes front and rear suspension systems, steering systems, transmission systems, transmissions and gear-shifting mechanisms , braking systems, working devices and other systems, as well as movable stands equipped with casters.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools on the theory and m*ntenance tr*ning of various systems of loader chassis.
2. Functional features
1. Install real chassis systems (including front and rear suspension systems, steering systems, transmission systems, manual transmissions and gear-shifting mechanisms, braking systems, and working devices) to fully demonstrate the structure of each chassis system.
2. Realistic display and disassembly and assembly tr*ning of each chassis system.
3. The original power-driven transmission can be used for gear shifting operations and dynamic testing.

A: This software consists of understanding the engine, crank and connecting rod mechanism, valve mechanism, lubrication mechanism, cooling mechanism, fuel supply system, ignition system, starting system, etc. Composed of 8 modules. There are no less than 2 teaching and tr*ning videos for each module, which comprehensively introduce the composition and working principle of the automobile engine. Lists common faults and rep*r methods of multiple engine systems.
B. This software consists of 5 modules including chassis overview, transmission system, driving system, steering system, and braking system. Features more than 50 instructional videos. The software provides a comprehensive introduction to each system through structural diagrams and 2D animations. Common faults and rep*r methods of multiple systems are also listed.
C. This software is divided into 9 modules including torque converter and oil pump, brake and clutch, parallel shaft type, planetary gear type, continuously variable transmission, hydraulic control, electronic control, m*ntenance inspection, and comprehensive m*ntenance.
