Device functions:

Public facilities:
Water: The device requires cooling water. The tap water enters the condenser at the top of the tower through the device interface and the rotor flowmeter and is discharged.
Electricity: Voltage AC220V, power 2.0KW, standard single-phase three-wire system. Each laboratory needs to be equipped with 1~2 grounding points (safety ground and signal ground).
Experimental materials: ethanol-water, external equipment: Abbe refractometer, super thermostat, ethanol (prepared by user).

1. 304 st*nless steel tower body: φ30×1200mm, with adjustable feeding position. Each tower section is equipped with a feeding port and a sampling port, and is equipped with regular φ3*3 Raschig ring packing.
2. 304 st*nless steel reboiler: The reboiler is placed directly at the bottom of the distillation tower and is made of st*nless steel with built-in electric heating tube for heating. The total heating power is 2000W, adjustable; divided into two groups, each with 1000W. The two groups are automatically controlled by advanced temperature control instruments and are responsible for the temperature control and adjustment of the distillation tower.
