1. Product Overview
This product includes technologies such as refrigeration , thermodynamics, heat transfer and electrical control, and is m*nly composed of two parts: heat pump type household *r conditioning system and *r source heat pump system. The condenser, evaporator, throttling device, compressor, control circuit, etc. are installed on the aluminum alloy r*l tr*ning table to form a typical refrigeration device. The electrical control adopts a hanging box type, which can assemble, debug and operate the refrigeration system, and truly present the working process of the refrigeration device. Through the installation, pressure m*ntenance, leak detection, vacuuming, electrical wiring, fluorination, system debugging and working condition adjustment of the refrigeration system, the students' modern refrigeration and *r conditioning system equipment installation, debugging and m*ntenance skills tr*ning are completed.
According to the project teaching, the following typical work tasks can be completed:
Task 1: Heat pump type
household *r conditioning system Includes: positioning installation, pressure m*ntenance, leak detection, vacuuming, electrical wiring, fluorination, system debugging and working condition adjustment of heat pump type household *r conditioning system.
Task 2: *r source heat pump system
Includes: positioning installation, pressure m*ntenance, leak detection, vacuuming, electrical wiring, fluorination, system debugging and working condition adjustment of *r source heat pump system.

4. System composition
1. Heat pump type household *r conditioning
system The system is m*nly composed of two parts: refrigeration and electrical. The refrigeration part adopts an open structure, showing the components of the real refrigeration system on the tr*ning table. The components are connected by detachable connectors; and are equipped with corresponding pressure, temperature sensors and instrument indications; the electrical part adopts a universal control circuit board, which covers most of the *r conditioning control circuits, including power conversion circuits, infrared receiving circuits, temperature acquisition circuits, output drive circuits, etc.
Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be operated through the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons. When the line is connected, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the cover. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, and the PLC control function is added. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button. Write two forward and reverse programs. There are 12 ladder diagram symbols in total. After writing, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. If there are component, line connection, and code errors, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
3. Single-chip microcomputer control: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the single-chip microcomputer control function added. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit the verification successfully, turn on the power to operate, and the component, line connection, and code errors will pop up an error box, and the scene can be reset at any time.

2. *r source heat pump system
The system is m*nly composed of four parts, namely compressor, immersed condenser, throttling device, and *r-cooled evaporator. The compressor drives the refrigerant in the pipeline to circulate, evaporate and condense continuously, absorb heat through the temperature difference of the refrigerant and compress and heat the compressor , and continuously gather the external heat to the immersed condenser on the heat pump host, so that the water temperature in the water tank rises rapidly. The various components of the system are connected by detachable connectors; the system can be assembled, debugged, operated, and adjusted in working conditions. The use of plexiglass water tanks can directly reflect the effect. The specific configuration is as follows:

3. Tr*ning table
The tr*ning table is made of industrial standard aluminum profiles and sheet metal components. It has a solid structure and beautiful appearance. It is equipped with two large drawers for placing tr*ning wires or tools. The tr*ning table is used to place components of heat pump household *r conditioners and *r source heat pump systems and provides a spacious and comfortable work surface. Students can install refrigeration system components on the work surface.
