1. Experimental purpose:
The long corridor aeration tank usually consists of one to four corridors.
This equipment is designed according to three corridors. It requires the influent to flow evenly and be equally aerated. The mixed liquid is violently agitated to promote the reproduction and growth of microorganisms in the activated sludge, thereby removing organic matter or cert*n specific inorganic matter in the wastewater. This is the most primitive operation mode and theoretical basis, that is, the working condition of the common aeration tank. The aeration tank working in this way is called a plug flow aeration tank.
